He/she will be an individual contributor providing clinical support, training, customer care and participate in customer engagements, exhibitions and seminars to raise and promote BD's range of Interventional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Support country marketing and distributors in organizing and conducting both on-site and virtual clinical training and education programs to nurses, radiology technicians and physicians, including presentation of information and clinical simulation training.
- Effectively communicate products' value proposition, features and benefits or any relevant updates to end users.
- Develop and maintain a clear distinct clinical strategy for the business aligned with the marketing plan and compliment the overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain robust product knowledge, including market trend updates, on BD Intervention's transformative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and relevant marketing materials, following medical, legal and regulatory policies.
- Develop strong working relationships with end-users and expand customer base for these transformative solutions.
- Collaborate with SEA & country marketing team and collect data to support team business case and assess clinical effectiveness of products.
- Work alongside country marketing team to identify market opportunities and unmet needs and co-develop market development plans for specific products where required.
- Work with sales team and distributors to ensure smooth execution of abovementioned market development plans to maximize therapy reach.
- Support the country team in developing and maintain KOL and establishing Centre's of Excellence in Philippines
- Track effectiveness of execution, and pivot when necessary.
- Support trade shows, educational events and BD-initiated events as requested.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and knowledge of the clinical and interventional markets coupled with strong business acumen.
- A Basic Degree in Medical Doctor or Nursing background.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Medical Device, Medical Supply Products as the Clinical Specialist.

- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Results-oriented, customer-oriented and highly motivated to succeed
- Strong presentation skills, able to translate data and information into meaningful business insights
- Independent, strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Seeks continuous improvement and proactively thinks ahead
- Experience with BD products or Healthcare product is preferred.
- Pleasant personality and customer oriented and good negotiation skill.
- With non-professional driver's license and actively driving
