Job Description Summary
The position of clinical specialist will be responsible for supporting the business growth through building relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow market share in all key accounts under responsibility by conducting regular visits, presentations and training sessions at customer sites. The role requires someone who can effectively communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders and have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. This person must also possess excellent organizational and time management skills as well as being able to work independently or within a team environment. The successful candidate will have experience working in a medical device/pharmaceutical sales environment preferably in critical care area and have knowledge of healthcare systems, policies & procedures, hospital operations and product applications.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with distributor on market development and promotional activities including but not limited to new product launches, symposium and trade shows.
2. Conduct field visits on regular basis to key accounts under his/her responsibility to build and maintain relationship with end users and identify opportunities to promote products and increase market share.
3. Support implementation of projects by providing clinical advice to end-users.
4. Identify tender/contract opportunities and support bid process with relevant documentation and clinical evidence.
5. Provide education and training to end-users on BD products either on site or via web based platforms.
6. Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing teams.
7. Collect data and generate reports on various topics such as tender / contract wins, KOLs engagement, product penetration, market trends and sales performance.
8. Assist in planning and execution of local events.
9. Develop and maintain good relations with all internal and external stakeholders.
10. Adhere to Corporate and Divisional Policies and Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Most positions require at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nursing, healthcare administration, biomedical engineering.
- Clinical Experience: Experience as a clinician or in a clinical setting can be highly beneficial. This includes roles such as a nurse, medical technologist, or other healthcare professional.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the medical device industry, particularly in roles related to product support, sales, or customer service.
