With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
About the role
As Clinical Resource Consultant, you would be leading end to end connected Medication Management (CMM) vision for inpatient and out patient pharmacy (dispensing Pyxis, CII Safe, and Rowa solutions) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all while adhering to quality and service standards to support operational goals.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products, and services.
- Provides clinical leadership to BD customers in the training and implementation of dispensing products.
- Interacts and supports Project Manager to ensure timely and productive implementations.
- Collaborates with departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives.
- Conducts a detailed assessment of pharmacy workflow and operations and makes recommendations to optimize operations.
- Maintains deep solution expertise for the out and inpatient pharmacy specialties (Pyxis, Rowa, CATO, CII safe).
- Collaborates with hospital clinicians to facilitate and participate in the development of policies and procedures; defining workflows, protocol developments and updates; resource group development; device education; go-live and post-implementation clinical rounds and consulting.
- Provides follow-up to customers, according to department guidelines/criteria, for the purpose of system assessment, customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and evaluation of the BD product/solutions. Develops recommendations to assure that customers experience the full benefit and capabilities of solutions implemented.
- Provides sales consultation and workflow analysis of existing processes within the medication management and supply chain systems.
- Performs workflow redesign with practice change recommendations and accompanying BD Dispensing solutions (in and outpatient pharmacy) to facilitate the achievement of customer strategic goals.
- Applies up-to-date healthcare knowledge to provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements.
- Supports the sales team in answering customer inquiries with superior dispensing product knowledge. Apply reports to analyze and impact business trends for establishment.
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers to increase sales and loyalty.
- Generates leads and locates opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
- Monitors competitor trends and market shifts to maintain company relevance. Forecasts sales numbers to gauge product and campaign success.
About you
- Proven experience in a clinical or commercial role, multinational background a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Great communication and presentation skills, ability to educate and support customers on the product and address their needs and concerns.
- Excellent team player, being able to work in a cross-functional setting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
