Job Description Summary

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management. This position functions as Business Support Specialist MDS OEE, CZ&SK) for the MDS Sales team, assisting with administration tasks of the team will coordinate between Sales team and other departments including Customer Support, Logistics, Regulation, Finance and Technical Service.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • To be responsible for support with order entry and local warehouse logistic solution during occasional critical BO situation
  • To support Coordination of conferences including registrations, marketing material ordering, managing invitations ,give away
  • Support local production of marketing materials with aligment to BD policies
  • Tenders administrative support- preparing tenders for submission
  • Controlling all the information in FSN/Recall
  • Regulatory assignments: coordination of the local BU assignments including eIPRRA.
  • Support on certification/documentation for Account Managers
  • Support for logistic requests from the CEE region (operational support for back order allocation)
  • Self responsible complaint procedure management

About you

  • Experienced in business or marketing administration support
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
  • Fluent in English and Czech
  • Self-starter with good interactional team and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, and be capable of independently generating, prioritising and completing work.
  • Self motivated with a desire for self-development.
  • Experienced in business and marketing administration
