- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance or service.

3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the medical devices industry.

4. Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in medical device regulations and ensure the team is informed and compliant.

6. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's medical device products, including their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Conduct training sessions for the healthcare professionals to ensure they are well-informed about the products.

7. Promotional Activities:
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations, to enhance product visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
