Job Summary:
The main purpose of this position is to grow business in all key accounts under coverage by achieving sales target & profitability through personal contacts with key users, influencers and through education.

Responsibilities:
1. Meets or exceeds established annual sales quota.
2. Maintains detailed records of customer accounts including current product usage, potential new products, pricing, promotions, etc., as well as customer information such as account history, type of account, purchasing protocols, etc.
3. Acts to develop long term relationships with customers so that they will continue to purchase the Company's products.
4. Assists Marketing Division to develop campaigns by providing market feedback and advice on product development.

5. Organizes and conducts educational sessions for nurses and doctors in the respective area of influence on BD- Surgery products.
6. Reports activities, trends and competitive activity to Management on a regular basis.
7. Ensures that orders generated from institutions are supplied on time and in full (quantity & range).
8. Identifies tender/rate contract opportunities and follows up on them.
9. Analyzes sales data and adjusts his/her strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Marketing will be an advantage.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare Sales, OR(Operating room ) experience is must .
• Knowledge of Hospital operations and organization.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of management.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and complete them within stipulated timelines.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated individual who thrives on achieving results.
• Individual should not have any criminal charges against him/her.
