Job Responsibilities:
- Execution of scientific and technical trainings and consultations with the users of flow cytometry on site for the usage of BDB products (instruments and reagents)
- Provide direction and support to customers on operation and maintenance of company products.
- Serves as customer contact on application and minor technical problems.
- Demonstrates uses and advantages of products.
- Provides application support to the organization for pre-sales activities.
- Consultation on applicative questions of customers for BDB products using mail, telephone etc. and on site
- Execution of product demonstrations at customer site
- Preparation of relevant product and application-oriented presentations and demonstration material
- Active participation (e.g. presentations, product demonstrations) at exhibitions, workshops, seminars, tutorials webinars etc.
- Active participation in the development of processes and systems regarding efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Active participation in the launch and re-launch of BDB products
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent Flow Cytometer hand-on experience more than 1 year
- Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and to peers and management through oral presentations and written reports.
- Excellent teaching and mentoring skills are required, Customer focused, Driven by results,
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and exercise sound judgement. Strong decision-making skills, particularly under pressure, are a must
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Computer proficiency in MS - Office products
