The Account Manager is responsible to achieve sales and profit target of BD products at the areas assigned, and develop market share. Provide guidance and training for distributors/sub-distributors' sales forces and customers.

• Works closely with the Strategic Account Leader and plays a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical Segment
• Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes
• Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.
• Work together with distributors' team on assigned area to provide monthly salesforecast in order to provide sufficient stock of BD products.
• Create demand for new products to enter the market.
• Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors'.
• Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor's/sub-distributors' sales forces.

• The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in any science field, nursing background preferred.
• 2 - 5 years of sales & marketing experience from Med Tech or healthcare industries preferred.
• Prior experience and knowledge in nursing is highly preferred.
• Familiar with the Jabodetabek area, especially for private hospitals.
• The role will be based in Jabodetabek area.
