Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining good relations with all customers within his/her area of responsibility, including key opinion leaders, procurement personnel, and end users.
• Ensures regular customer visits are made according to predetermined schedules.
• Responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs and selling appropriate products to satisfy those needs.
• Develops strong relationships internally and externally at various levels of management.

• Provides feedback on market trends, competitive activities and economic influences affecting business.
• Maintains records of all sales activities such as customer visits, presentations, special events, telephone contacts, etc., and provides these records to Sales Administration.
• Plans sales strategy by country and region; focuses on specific customer groups and their needs; designs action plans which includes promotional programs and detailed implementation schedule.
• Actively participates in trade associations and local community organizations.
Identifying key leaders in hospital with growth opportunity, targeting and establishing effective relationships with these influential customers including anesthesiologist, Nurses, operating room staffs.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs / requirements, and leveraging this knowledge along with sales data, analytics, and competitor and market knowledge to develop effective sales strategies that drive product portfolio growth within their territory.
Maintaining deep understanding on all anesthesiology & Critical Care specialties and products in portfolio, recognized in the operating room when products can be utilized, and keeping current with patient applications and product indications.
Successfully networking with key internal and external resources and tool, such as distributors, SFDC, Funnel management, hospital internal education program. Etc,
Requirements : Must have
- General understanding of Healthcare industry.
- Account management skills. & Business communication skills.
- Ability to create business reports and persuade stakeholders based on insight into market situation.
Requirements : Good to have
- At least 2 years in the medical device industry with sales or marketing management Experience. (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon area)
- Ability to lead new Market opportunities and capable of managing business operations.
- Effective collaboration as a team member with excellent communication skills.
- Business insight & Negotiation skill.
- English speaking (ability to present business updates & Presentation)
