Job Description:
Acts as the senior product representative on a client team and is solely responsible for all product transactions with key clients. Negotiates fee structures. Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of product functions and can operate independently in handling transactions. Strong client relationship skills used to control and coordinate all aspects of a transaction, from marketing and documentation to closing. Develops aggressive marketing plans and strategies affecting an entire region or section. Individuals in this role are typically a second year Principal.
The team focuses in private side and provide holistic solutions for strategic banking deals such as M&A, bond offering, and various financings
