• Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications for applications.
• Design, code, test, document, and develop DB back-end applications using programming, scripting, and database languages.
• Participate as an individual contributor on projects and complete activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
• Participate in the entire software development cycle and handle client communication.
• Prepare high level design documents.
• Design and develop solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, Spring Boot, and rest specifications.
• Utilize full stack engineering, Linux, coding, and debugging.
• Design and develop production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment.
• Design and develop new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka.
• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
• Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
• Designing and developing solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, Spring Boot, and rest specifications;
• Utilizing full stack engineering, Linux, coding, and debugging;
• Designing and developing production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment; and,
• Designing and developing new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka.
