Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions for delivering features based on design/architectural patterns and Agile /DevOps practices.
  • Ensure systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.
  • Apply enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality.
  • Ensure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt. Spearhead cross-functional teams to introduce Analytics-powered features into the productivity tools, defining strategies for opportunities that improve data quality and turnaround times.
  • Design and develop solution architectures to build backend systems using Python, Java, and rest API.
  • Design and develop production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies including Microservices, and CI/CD deployment.
  • Design and develop products with light weight, reliable, high-performing, low latency, multifaceted, and fast client-server business applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and Rest APIs.
  • Maintain application lifecycle using Bit bucket, Jenkins, and utilize SDLC methodologies including Agile and Kanban.
  • Use analytics, research, and other methodologies to drive business decisions, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to remediate issues by writing complex queries using SQL and NOSQL.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting using Excel and Tableau.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related; and
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Designing and developing solution architectures to build backend systems using Python, Java, and rest API;
  • Designing and developing production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies including Microservices, and CI/CD deployment;
  • Designing and developing products with light weight, reliable, high-performing, low latency, multifaceted, and fast client-server business applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and Rest APIs;
