Job Description:

The Vendor Data Management role is critical to the effect management, risk mitigation and data protection of BAC and customer data that is shared by and between the Bank and key critical payment vendors. This role will manage the Permission to Send/Receive, Model Risk Mgmt, Cloud Governance, AI Governance and ADSF Scans of centrally managed vendors in GPS. These vendors include card networks, major payment platforms, and digital wallets. The person will need to work closely with vendor management, procurement, relationship managers and lines of business across consumer, small business and commercial.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience of information security, vendor management, and/or procurement
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Clear, concise communicator
  • Has a bias for action and driving results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to collaborate and lead cross functional work efforts in a highly matrixed environment
  • Acts with courage and conviction

Desired Skills:

  • 1-2 years of payments experience
  • Proficient with Bank of America procurement applications
