The Team:
The BofA Global Payments Solutions (GPS) EMEA Global Commercial Bank team is one of the fastest growing and most international client segments in GPS. The product set encompasses Cash Management and Trade Finance, that are foundational to the Bank's most successful relationships, contributing substantially to the success of our broader franchise whilst being at the forefront of innovation. The team is a close-knit, collaborative and ambitious group who are keen to work together to drive further success for its members, the Bank and clients.
Role Description:
You will be responsible for supporting the Sales processes for one or more Treasury Sales Officers and assist in growing the portfolios of GPS clients. You will influence peers with diverse points of view with the ability to identify what's next in treasury management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the Client Management process
- Utilising support partners and resources to coordinate projects
- Prospect and client research for use in pre-call planning for Treasury Sales Officers and partners
- Accountable for the accuracy of sales data within source systems (deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, and other sales tracking systems and reports which may be developed)
- Maintain and build a client focus with awareness and understanding of the bank and the operational aspects of the products.
Skills that will help:
• Ideally experienced in a similar Global Transaction Services/Corporate Banking position or Implementation, Client Service and or Product background
• Ability to deal with tasks with external clients and colleagues in the bank
• Good organisation and communication skills
