Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing analytical product support for a new or enhanced Treasury Management product or group of products in Global Treasury Services. Key responsibilities include participating in the definition of new product requirements and enhancements, conducting product and market research, and developing detailed project plans for assigned products. Job expectations may include participating in the development of testing criteria for new products.

Responsibilities:

  • The GPS Mexico Product team is responsible for managing the core suite of cash management products in the country including payments, receivables, digital channels, and revenue management.
  • Support the Mexico Product Team in day-to-day activities including product rollouts, product enhancements and risk management activities
  • Support the team with execution of growth strategies and client opportunity analysis
  • Development of client-facing product commercialization materials and internal training documents
  • Identify, raise, and help resolve risks
  • Creation, distribution, and analysis of transactional volume reports
  • Attaining meaningful insights on markets, clients, and competitors to help develop solutions and provide thought leadership
  • Review and document processes; help implement new procedures as needed
  • Support revenue management activities such as deal reviews and pricing & billing management

Required skills:

  • Attention to detail with a sense of urgency and a hunger for growing in a cohesive and inclusive team
  • Intellectually curious with a deep desire to learn and expand skills
  • Interpersonal skills to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partners from different functional areas (Sales, Finance, Client Servicing, Operations, Legal, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and present findings
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Desired skills:

  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel; having the ability to create and utilize automated functions within Excel using macros (VBA).
