Role Description:

We are a global team spread across the UK (Chester and London), as well as India. The purpose of the team is to apply analytical and project management expertise to Transaction Reporting breaches which have been identified, working with colleagues in Compliance, Operations and Technology until resolved. We are split into three sub teams, of which we are looking for a team lead for our OTC team division.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the delivery of remediation items, across multiple work-streams, working with the business and technology to ensure timely remediation.
  • Partnering with the business SMEs, Technology and Compliance.
  • Managing risk and ensures documentation is in place to record the details of project delivery and testing to audit standard.
  • Driving strategic goals, the agenda and influencing senior stakeholders to support in the delivery.
  • Tailoring communication across different levels of stakeholders and pitching it at the right level.
  • Day to day contact person for Technology Agile teams.
  • Working with other change teams, to identify impacts onto Transaction Reporting and ensure that appropriate testing is performed.
  • Managing the back-reporting of all remediation items.

What we are looking for:

  • Tenured experience in Transaction reporting and Investment Banking roles will be essential.
  • Experience in interfacing with front line business.
  • Builds partnerships and connects with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results.
  • Understanding of the regulatory trade landscape.
  • Capable of considerable influence over business partners through effective negotiations and strategic awareness.
  • Creates a risk culture by holding self and others accountable for managing risk in daily business activities.
  • Leads diverse collaborative teams that listen more, value differences, and practice empathy.

  • Can demonstrate strategic awareness and contributes to the development of the vision, applies sound judgment in implementing business strategy, focuses efforts on business opportunities with greatest potential or value.
