Role Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Reporting Analyst to join the Transaction Reporting Control Group (TRCG). The successful candidate will work in the Submission Control team, which located in Chester and 4 sites across India. Submission Control is primarily focused on ensuring the bank fulfils its reporting obligations daily, remediating exceptions received from the trade repositories and global regulators, and monitoring timeliness of reporting We also play a significant role in the delivery of enhanced / new controls due to regulatory changes.
Responsibilities include the daily delivery of the firms NCCBR (Non-Centrally Cleared Bilateral Repo) reporting along with other regulatory reporting jurisdictions. We are looking for experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholders, an analytical mindset and have clear communications skills, both written and verbal. Microsoft Excel experience is preferred along with previous experience in an operations environment and a wider knowledge of Transaction Reporting, jurisdictions and products would be preferable.
Responsibilities:
- You will problem solve and work issues through to resolution.
- You will liaise with various internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Compliance and Technology to remediate issues, breaches, and regulatory inquiries.
- You will be given full ownership of projects and initiatives, seeing them through to completion.
- You will focus on AMRS Transaction Reporting obligations such as NCCBR, CFTC, SEC, and Canada, building subject matter expertise in the domain.
- You will be working in a team environment across multiple teams, Change Operations, Technology and Middle Office.
- You will provide scalability to cope with existing and new regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for:
- You will have an understanding of transaction reporting or regulatory reporting from an operations environment.
- You will have experience managing multiple projects.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders will be essential.
- You will possess an analytical mindset.
- You will have clear communications skills, both written and verbal
- You will be Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
