In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview:

Transaction Reporting Control Group is in the process of consolidating its operating model as it relates to managing change within their environment. The decision has been made to migrate the NY-based function to Chester and India where it can provide a more global coverage and reside with one of the TR Operations teams. New permanent role within the organization to be part of the testing team and operate for Transaction Reporting Operations.

Job Description

  • Deliver on project commitments and goals, on-time and with agreed upon scope.
  • Support UAT for regulatory reporting systems like Cirrus, Insight, GMI, and Ullink, which requires functional and automated regression testing.
  • Perform thorough testing of sprint Jiras in a timely manner.
  • Provide updates on test results, raise any risks, issues or failed test cases, and propose recommended solutions as needed.
  • Develop detailed test cases that include positive, negative, and regression test cases. Clearly document test objectives, expected results, test trade details, and actual results.
  • Document test cases and provide traceability back to business requirements.
  • Complete UAT with comprehensive test cases and accurate test results.
  • Attend and contribute to UAT testing calls with development and various stakeholders.
  • This is a very hands on role, ideal for someone with drive and willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

  • Implements and maintains standard testing procedures and templates.
  • Creates and executes detailed test cases covering relevant scenarios.
  • Perform Test execution across different product workstreams.
  • Identifies and documents project risks, issues and completed milestones.

Requirements

  • Education: Post graduation
  • Experience: 7-9 Years

Foundational Skill:

  • Knowledge and experience with Global Markets regulations such as Dodd Frank, EMIR, and MiFID.
  • Solid trade processing knowledge; front, middle and back office, (FO, MO, BO).
  • Experience with FO trade booking systems (Rates, Credit, FX, Equities, and Commodities).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills to track many concurrent activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and assess relative priority among competing issues.

Desired Skill:

  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Work Timings - 12.30 PM to 09.30 PM IST
