Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing a Solution Advisor team that acts as solution experts and fulfillment specialists for Field and Enterprise SBBs on conventional and SBA credit. The SAM will coach and develop their team, create, and implement strategies and processes that enable the team to help clients meet their business credit goals while achieving the banks goals. The SAM is an integral member of the divisional leadership team and will develop strong relationships with the Division Executive, Market Executives, other Market Managers, and key product and support partners.

Managerial Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Commercial credit and treasury acumen
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Client relationship management experience advising business owners on complex credit / lending solutions
  • Pipeline Management/Reporting and system knowledge
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs/requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work under pressure to ensure to meet deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner working in a team
