Process Overview:
WTX(Wire Transfer System) processes and routes US wire transfer payments for the bank. As part of the ISO20022 regulatory mandate RTPF software platform will process US Wire Payments MX messages.
Job Description
Senior Technical lead/SME/single point of Offshore contact for the Real Time Payment Framework application.
Responsibilities:
Senior Technical lead to get involved in the configuration/MQ settings for the high value payment system by understanding the details given in the design document and release notes. Able to troubleshoot the issues reported by the L2 team/interface teams. Able to understand the changes delivered by ACI and attend the ACI meetings . Experience in facilitating project meetings with various business and technical stakeholders .Able to understand the technical and domain aspects of the system and create SME documents for future reference. Need to work in close coordination with the global team.
Requirements:
Education: B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech/MCA
Certifications (if any): Payments/Java
Experience Range: 8-10 years
Foundational Skills:
- Fluency in at least one programming language - Python, Java
- Proficiency in scripting language - Perl, bash
- Experience of Unix/Linux system
- Good knowledge on MQ
- Experience with relational database like Oracle
- Proficiency in CI/CD tool - GitLab, Jenkins
- Experience with troubleshooting issues
- Good analytical skills and experience with troubleshooting issues
- Should be able to coordinate with multiple interface teams and self driven/ self learning to understand the complex system quickly
Desired Skills:
• Basic knowledge on ACI vendor solutions: MTS, UPF
• Understanding of payment systems - SWIFT, Chips, FED, ISO20022
• Agile methodologies - Kanban / JIRA
• Production support experience
Work Timings: 10:30am IST to 4:30pm IST - 7pm IST to 9:30PM IST.
Mandatory overlapping hours with US team
