Job Description
.

Seeking a Workday Technical Product Specialist to analyze, design, transform and implement activities globally. Additional responsibilities include supporting the delivered Workday HCM solutions. The work involves close partnership with the HR Technology team members globally as well as stakeholders in the HR business COEs, Digital/IT, External Vendor organizations. Key objectives include delivery of best-in-class HR technology solutions that support business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

Design, develop and implement enhancements, customizations and break/fix to Workday Human Capital Management system for Workday

  • Create technical designs from business requirements and engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for all changes made to the system.
  • Prepare test plans & test scripts.
  • Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases.
  • Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems/solutions with current configurations.

Requirements

Education


  • Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience Range

  • 8 to 12 years

Foundational skills


  • Expert on workday Configurations
  • Good knowledge on Integration using Workday Studio
  • Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOF, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs etc.
  • Domain knowledge on Payroll, Time Off/Absence, Time, Recruiting
  • Hands on experience on web technologies such as XML, XSLT and Web Services.
  • Create Sub-Assemblies using Workday Studio.
  • Having knowledge on Integration Security, ERP, HCM domains

Desired skills

  • Create Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment; Experience with JIRA
  • Experience working on large-scale projects

Work Timings
: 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM IST (Need to flexible as per business need)
