Position Summary:

The Restoral Services Program Lead position is in support of a Regulatory MRA requiring Bank of America to create and implement a reporting solution that can accurately depict the state of data backups across the firm.

Restoral Services Program Lead role supports the planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables for the OCC Cyber Resiliency MRA 3. This includes:

  • Coordination with a large number of individual application owners, and the tracking and organizing of information received from them.
  • Creation of program level execution plans on setting backup and restoral compliance dates with individual application owners and the tracking of those items to completion.
  • Influence and support executives, application owners and SMEs by facilitating operational deliverables within a collaborative team environment and delivering results
  • Draft communications outlining Regulatory MRA Status and showcase execution improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of report development or management experience
  • 4-6 years of extensive report creation in Microsoft Excel
  • 4-6 years of experience with Tableau Software, to include version 2021.3+
  • Strong background in process design, project management, PMO management, or Regulatory MRA delivery
  • Out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to identify new technology and/or process solutions
  • Exceptional ability to think systemically
  • Execution driven, highly collaborative and works through influence and engagement
  • Ability to crisply define and communicate concepts and tailor messaging to audiences appropriately
  • Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures
  • Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of gaining buy-in, building consensus and resolving conflicts
  • Strong written and verbal communication that supports driving strategic direction while providing guidance and support of enterprise and other business management services
  • Ability to establish and grow strong relationships while managing change across the CTI partners. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in making sound decisions while facilitating process working sessions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau Server software version 2021.3.7
  • Experience with other industry BI/Reporting toolsets including Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot
  • Experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
