Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Banking Operations function for one or more operations product areas. Key responsibilities include analysing and resolving highly complex operations problems, requiring exceptional handling and coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Job expectations include managing projects and the introduction of new projects, systems, products, services, and processes and coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and products.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a Document Gap Analysis to accurately generate AML Requirements for new bank account openings
- Analysing AML/KYC documentation for new entity onboardings and product expansions of existing entities
- Data entry of the KYC information into our system of records
- Collaborate with our Screening, GFC, Sanctions, Implementation Advisors, and Client Relationship Managers (Sales and Bankers)
What we are looking for:
- Confirms loan documentation for accurate trade settlements.
- Partners with Sales Associates, Traders, Research Analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external attorneys, administrative agent banks, and various other internal operations groups
- Manages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing, and closing coordination.
- Analyses and resolves highly complex operational problems.
- Supports ad-hoc projects for new processes
- Processes loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems
Skills that will help:
- Analytical and communication skills (both oral and written in English)
- A flexible, team-spirited approach with the ability to work independently
- A good knowledge of various corporate structures eg. Funds, Trusts, Partnerships, SPVs, etc.
- Good MS Office skills
