Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement and automation.
The EIT Sample Execution and Production Support team consists of a high-volume production process where automated and manual data files are generated and delivered to enable testing and serves as the primary point of contact for both technical and non-technical operational issues. They assist in test optimization and automation efforts, while also monitoring infrastructure health and performance with a strong emphasis on proactively preventing failures.
As a Sample Execution Analyst, main responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Test Development and Data teams to ensure appropriate test design or sampling requirements are incorporated into the Test Plans.
- Accessing pertinent databases or acquiring raw data from third party sources to generate required data for testing. Larger quantities of data may need managed, manipulated, and summarized to generate the data files.
- Transmitting data required for testing by executing data provisioning and sampling procedures.
- Publishing data files to the designed storage location for document retention and reperformance.
- Ensuring adherence to the SLA (Service Level Agreements) - productivity and accuracy.
- Identifying potential areas for process improvement and/or automation.
- Working cross-functionally to effectively execute the business goals.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degrees or equivalent experience in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or similar discipline
- 2+ years of relevant work experience interrogating and working with large datasets

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with an emphasis on Excel to perform data analytics, pivot tables, lookups and data analytics
