Process Overview:

The Enterprise Data Management Testing Team Provide comprehensive testing and coordination with development and downstream clients during the System Integration Testing window and ensure independent validation of output against expected results. We support both Function and Automation SIT testing for Managed Applications

Job Description

Working as Testing Analyst in an Enterprise Data Management application, which involves analysis of requirements of Web applications , creating automated test scripts through automation testing suite tools, supporting UAT environment activities, application management, co-ordination with development teams, co-ordination with up and down streams application and working with LOB to help figure out for any issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Create test scenarios, test data and test cases based upon available user stories.
  • Execute test cases, verify results, and document defects found during testing
  • Perform UI testing, ADA, Cross browser and local language testing
  • Develop automation scripts and routines, have a strong data analytical skillset, and be able to work in a high stress environment
  • Conducts end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC.
  • Perform Production Certification which requires manual/automated scripts be executed to certify production health and/or identify post-production defects.
  • Support testing activities for independent and integrated releases.
  • Support BAU Regression and regression maintenance work which is performed for every release
  • Should also support Risk mitigation execution that also performed every release.
  • Involved in client meetings to understand the requirement and the defect they have raised through JIRA and implement the request as discussed.
  • Perform regression/retesting.
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance.

Requirements:

Education: B.E./B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech

Certifications (if any):NA

Experience Range: 4-7 years

Foundational Skills:

  • 4-6+ years' experience in Web-based technologies
  • Very good knowledge on Client facing banking applications
  • Execute manual testing of Web-based
  • Worked on Test Management Tools (Quality Centre & JIRA Preferable)
  • Flexible in Working hours/Weekend Production support
  • Agile methodology, Strong data analytics & Good communication skills
  • Well versed in Automation testing (Selenium / Cucumber)
  • Selenium scripting knowledge
  • Gherkin scripting

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications related to Testing - ISTQB, UFT, TOSCA etc.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies.
  • High energy, confident, ambitious and self-motivated individual.
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Experience with JIRA tool for AGILE Methodology
  • Experience with SDM tools (Bit Bucket) for CI & CD

Work Timings: 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM IST (Need to be flexible as per business need)
