Job Description

Individual Performance testing professional will get an opportunity to work with CTO team for end to end performance testing of multiple CSWT applications in agile environment. Tools used are Micro Focus LoadRunner Enterprise, Splunk, Dynatrace etc.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, attention to detail, with strong communication & analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Work on end to end performance testing for multiple applications

Ascertain and understand application architecture involved in the test

Requirement gathering/Test Plan preparation and Sign off

Prepare and validate test scripts

Ensure sufficient data is available to support the requested tests

Coordinate test times in multiple test environments

Validate environment resources

Support team personnel

Execute tests and collect relevant performance and resource usage data

Analyze test data from LRE/Splunk/Perfmon/AppDynamics/Dynatrace

Deep dive analysis / engineering work activities.

Prepare test report, discuss the results with Clients and get sign off

Participate in the application triage calls

Requirements

  • Education - Graduation (Any Degree)
  • Experience Range - 6 -8 Years

Foundational skills

LoadRunner Enterprise- LRE (Performance Center)

Splunk, Dynatrace

Working experience in Agile methodology and Jira tool.

Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good documentation skills

Ability to understand Multi-Tier architecture, Network Firewalls, Load-balancers etc

Desired skills

Financial domain knowledge

S/W Development knowledge / .net/Java/Python etc

Work Timings - 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM
