Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Here you will find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Role Description:

The role is responsible for project managing and governance relating to the International Deepening initiative, within the Global Operations Project Management Office as well as individual Global Operations project and SME teams. This includes 49 separate initiatives in EMEA, APAC & LatAm.

Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline. There will be 3 project managers within the PMO, and this role will be the lead project manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing the overall Global Operations Project Management Office structure for the program, including charters, governance routines, reporting and escalation criteria
  • Understanding the routines in place across Business, Technology and International which will require input to and from Operations and establish appropriate routines.
  • Supporting all GO governance activities defined in the program structure.
  • Working with Global Operations SMEs/project teams to create overall project plan and key milestones.
  • Cascading global and regional (business & tech) project priorities and changes into respective work groups.
  • Ensuring initiatives remain on course for the timely execution of Global Operations deliverables.
  • Maintain Red, Amber, Green scorecards working with Global Operations teams to draft and implement go to green plans where obstacles or challenges have been identified.
  • Providing a forward horizon scan of potential risks or opportunities.
  • Input into working groups as required.
  • Delivering high quality and meaningful project health reporting for Global Operations senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant project and change management experience with competency in designing, managing, and implementing material people, process, and technology change.
  • Business acumen across BAC lines of business with industry understanding of Global Payment Services products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop business partnerships across teams and organizations.
  • Expert communication skills, both written and verbal with a proficiency for interacting at all levels in the organization. Experience of preparing and presenting materials to a senior leadership audience
  • Natural curiosity with strong aptitude for problem solving.
  • Experience navigating within and across complex business environments.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage conflict with minimal noise.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities against established deadlines.
  • Effective communication and listening skills to drive engagement and collaboration with key business, operations, and technology partners.
  • Effective analytical capabilities with a proven ability to think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically.
  • Attention to detail - to be utilised to review and challenge materials including BRDs
