Process overview

CFPT GWIM Application Production Support team deals with all Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) business aligned infrastructure and end-to-end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation.

Job Description

Individual will be responsible for taking the full ownership of L3 production support for assigned application, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Comfortable with complex troubleshooting and On call rotation is required, Participate/host calls independently with onshore business and technology team.

The ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated, proactive, attention to detail, good mentor & leader with strong communication & management skills to interact with partners and Other Prod Support teams like L1, L2, L3, Application and Business stakeholders as required. Ability to think of process improvements to improve platform stability and resiliency.

Responsibilities

  • Technical SME's for Production environment for the applications we support
  • Provide Level 3 Application Production support for UCAL applications.
  • Troubleshoot application integration/infrastructure issues in an enterprise wide windows environment
  • Support Single customer issues
  • Work on Root Cause Analysis with Problem Management team for any Production Outages/Incidents

Requirements

  • Education BSC/B.E/Btech/Mtech/MSC/MCA
  • Certifications If Any -None
  • Experience 3 - 5 yrs

Foundational skills

  • Knowledge and experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#
  • Knowledge in Java/J2EE
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (SQL, Oracle)
  • Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot production issues
  • Good Understanding of WCF/WPF
  • Knowledge on various protocols such as SOAP/HTTPS, SFTP
  • Strong Log analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Ajax, Javascript, JQuery, XML
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk etc...
  • Desired skills*
    • Good Knowledge in ITSM process and communication skills

Work Time 1: 7.30 am - 4:30 pm /11.30 pm - 8.30 pm
