Process Overview
The Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) Technology and GWIM Operations organization provides technology support for our Retail, Preferred and Wealth Management customers and operations support for Wealth customers.
The team supports our digital banking, deposit, card and mortgage products as well as our brokerage, private wealth management and trust accounts globally. The our Financial Advisors and operational, service and technology expertise for employee benefits team also provides support for plans.
Job Description
Individual Performance testing professional will get an opportunity to work with CTO PCM team for multiple CSWT application capacity planning. Tools used are Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc.
This position is for an Analyst with 4 to 7 years' work experience or a demonstrated aptitude to review and analyze CPU & Memory resource utilization and anomalies.
Candidate will be required to support periodic review cycles for applications assigned.
Candidate will be required to drill down using provided tools to determine root cause of resource anomalies identified.
Candidate is required to reach out to application owner in email to communicate the status on their application and request additional information if required.
Candidate will be required to engage and communicate findings to SME's responsible for the application.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, attention to detail, with strong communication & analytical skills.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to demonstrate the ability to analyze metrics using tools provided.
The candidate will be required to demonstrate skills using Microsoft tools.
The candidate will be required to communicate professionally in email.
The candidate is expected to leverage their knowledge and experience to mentor and guide new members that are added to the team as needed.
The goal of the Capacity Management team is very much a group effort, requiring ongoing mutual support amongst team members. The candidate will be expected to foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing.
Ascertain and understand application architecture
Analyze application data from sources like PE test results/Splunk/Perfmon/AppD
Requirements:
Experience range: 4 to 7 years
Education: BE/B.Tech/IT or Science graduates
Foundational Skills
Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel, Word
Agile Framework - Jira
Experience with SSRS is a bonus
Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation skills
