Job Summary:
The Private Bank Senior Associate Lead (PBSAL) is a specialist position that has primary responsibility for managing the execution of client service activities in coordination with the relationship team including pre and post sales discussions and/or activities. The PBSAL is typically focused on the most complex clients. PBSALs monitor and execute all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client. The PBSAL also has responsibility for directing work and acting as a peer resource for Private Bank Associates and Private Bank Senior Associates within the market.
Job Description:
- Manage execution of client service activities in coordination with Client Team and provide account inquiry and maintenance oversight
- Support fulfillment of client needs and expectations across all products and serve as a "triage" point for specialists and service centers
- Manage workflow across generalist and specialist functions
- Provide oversight and coordination relating to complex account openings
- Participate in end-to-end Client Management Process (CMP) activities including supporting delivering a branded client experience and meaningful interactions
- Involved in the sales process, especially for complex credit opportunities in conjunction with Client Team members, including prospect identification and outreach, new client acquisition and client/prospect proposals and presentations
- Support business integration efforts including developing referrals for credit/ Bank products and working with enterprise partners
- Monitor compliance across specialties and functions including KYC, Signature Cards, Aged Items, Investment Compliance (Reg 9, AAMs, DMS, etc.), Overdrafts (Trust and Bank), etc.
- Provide direction on overall work activities and may provide coaching and feedback to Private Bank Associates
- Provide training across teams and/or the market for new hires and/or technology initiatives
- Help coordinate syndication of impacts from technology enhancements and/or serve as market champions for special projects (i.e. PPP)
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and compliance to legal and regulatory requirements including client verification
- Provide escalated approvals for market including money movement across specialties (may be the Medallion Stamp Guarantee holder for market)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
- Ability to successfully complete assessment of critical skills
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics desired
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$81,800.00 - $125,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
