Our product organization is growing, and we are seeking a business analyst to join our merchant solutions team.

The Payment Terminal Senior Business Analyst will play a valued role in supporting the day to day product management of payment terminal, payment application, and hardware solutions. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle of our payment terminals, semi-integrated and standalone terminal software solutions and peripherals across our small business and healthcare platforms.

You will be accountable for defining and documenting business requirements, testing hardware and software, problem/issue research and resolution, project support and process development.

You will work on a team tasked with delivering innovative and customer-centric payment solutions. You will work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including terminal and POS software development, experience design, commercialization, sales, and operations.
