Job Description:

This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
  • Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
  • Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
  • Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
  • Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
  • Inspects data to identify issues and trends
  • Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
  • Test Case Execution: UAT Testers execute test cases and test scenarios based on the defined UAT plan. Follow the test scripts and document the test results, including any defects or issues encountered during testing; Test Execution Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the test execution process. This includes recording test results, tracking defects, and documenting any issues or challenges encountered during testing;
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify and document any defects or issues discovered during testing. Provide detailed information about the defects, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and any other relevant information. Report the defects to the UAT Coordinator or UAT Project Manager for further investigation and resolution;
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: UAT Testers may be involved in training end-users or other team members on the UAT process, test cases, and test execution. They share their knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth transition from UAT to production;
  • UAT Process Improvement: Actively participate in UAT process improvement activities. They provide feedback on the UAT process, suggest improvements, and share their observations and suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the UAT process;
  • Collaboration and Communication: UAT Testers collaborate with other team members, such as business analysts, developers, and other testers, to ensure a smooth UAT process. They communicate any issues, concerns, or suggestions to the UAT Coordinator or UAT Project Manager;
  • Test Completion and Sign-off: UAT Testers participate in the UAT sign-off process, where senior management review and approve the UAT results. They may be required to provide input and feedback during the sign-off process.
