Job Description:

  • Support business objectives in Trade Finance area through adherence to all internal & external procedures & customer service orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting / response deadlines
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to laid down Compliance and Regulatory guidelines
  • Responsible for maintaining good rapport with branches and business teams
  • Timely resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions
  • Regular Interaction with Stakeholders for job related activities
  • Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement.
  • Managing a team.
  • Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all internal process are followed for all transactions.
  • Should be client focused in approach
  • Always strive to develop on existing skill set.
  • Expectation is to work as a team manager.
  • Compliance oriented to ensure that all regulations should be complied with.
  • Good skillset - computer & communication skills along with managing a team.

Skills:

  • Trade Knowledge required
  • Qualifications - CA/MBA with 8 - 10 years of trade experience
  • Good Computer, Analytical & Accounting skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage volumes with accuracy and handle pressure
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure work completion within stiff time deadlines
