Process Overview

The Process Management CoE GBS team functions as a Center of Excellence to provide strategic and innovative advantage to Bank of America through Process Design, Data Insights and Process Excellence Work-streams. It helps support Single Process Inventory enrichment, Design & Execute Process Management, Perform Enterprise Process Management Users & Tools Support, Support Enterprise Client Journey Program & Help with Process Optimization

Job Description

Candidate will be primarily expected to help support enrichment of Single Process Inventory, design and execute process management and support enterprise Client Journey program through process design and data insights and data mining capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing information to create business process models within the process modeling methodology framework (Enterprise Process Management Policy), using ARIS & Process Owner Portal.

Responsibilities:

The KRAs of the resource will be as follows:

  • As a part of the team, analyze SPI process information on ARIS/POP to help streamline, automate and implement solutions to drive process efficiency and controls across MTM
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders and gather information
  • Translate discussion and guidance into process flows and process documentation
  • Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
  • Experience with taxonomy, terms and definitions, and controlled vocabularies
  • Developing data reference models along with conceptual, logical, and physical data models

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Exp Range: 5 - 8 years

Foundational Skills:

  • Knowledge in Enterprise Process Management Tools - ARIS, POP
  • Exposure to data mining tools such as - Celonis, UI Path, ARIS
  • Expert in managing multiple layers of data
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Analytical and abstract reasoning skills, as well as problem solving abilities

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent in story boarding through Presentations
  • Project management skills
  • Inclination towards Continuous Improvement practices
  • Training & Coaching skills preferred

Work Timings: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm
