Job Description:

Global Banking Operations Team is spread in 3 locations across India and takes care of all treasury, fulfillment Services operations work.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing GBO transactions relating to trade or treasury operations
  • Adhering to process and controls documented in Desk Top Procedures
  • Support the team in preparing internal and external reports
  • Ensuring compliance to local and global regulations
  • Take efforts to exceed client expectations
  • Proactively escalate risks for timely mitigation
  • Provide ideas for process improvement and automation

Skills:

  • Fresh graduates with consistently good academic records
  • Good customer service and Inter-personal skills
  • Good computing and accounting skills
  • Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement
  • Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
  • Basic knowledge in Banking
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a Team.
