Job Description:

ISG Capital Markets New Issue is looking for an experienced financial professional with knowledge and skills sets aligned to the approval, marketing, and distribution of New Issue solutions.

Responsibilities:

The role requires analytical work, asset manager relationship management, syndicate relationship management, live deal support, management reporting, and some ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks. The role may also include responsibilities relating to the development and improvement of business group processes and technology. Typically acts as the secondary coverage for clients. Extensive product knowledge. Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience in a related financial services product role is desired.
  • Exposure to different asset classes at a high level, to fully understand differences between fixed income (corporate and municipal), asset-backed securities, and equities.
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63), 79 preferred at time of hire, or must be able to obtain within 120 days of start date
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg desired.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$91,600.00 - $125,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
