Job Description
Individual will be required to provide HP Nonstop Tandem Infrastructure and Application Support. He/she will work with stakeholders on a daily basis to provide support and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Provided support for Tandem Alerts and Monitoring and CRQ Activities.
- Experience of Patching ,upgrading of nonstop Servers.
- Need to be familiar installing software, deployments of SPRs,
- Ability to install and troubleshoot. Self managed proven ability to identify circumstances and changes which may impact deliverables.
- Skill/experience needed: extensive HP Nonstop administration.
- The candidates should be well versed in tools like OSM,Prognosis,CAIL,TOP
Requirements
Education Any Graduation in Engineering/Science/Post Graduates
Experience Range 3 to 7 years
Foundational Skills
- HPNonstop (Tandem) Server Administration
- Excellent communication skills(both written and oral)
- UNIX background will be added advantage
- Experience with NONSTOP X Servers would also be helpful
- Candidates should also know the basics of TACL and Cobol skills
- Ability to prepare and execute detailed implementation plans
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to follow, improve upon and create processes required for effective Application Administration.
- Experience with BASE24 ,UPI any other payment applications
- OSH ,TACL scripting knowledge.
- Flexibility to cover various work schedules, for example, after-hours support or 15x7 support.
- Experience with SSL Certificate management.
- Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, 3DNS, DHCP
- Execute WebSphere version and patch deployments.
- Experience with on-call support for the production environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting production applications.
- Experience in ITIL Process.
- Knowledge in DevOps or Jira Concept
- Basic understanding on Ticketing Tools (Remedy, JIRA, Service now. Etc )
