The Team:

The EMEA technology organisation employs over 2000 employees. This role reports to the co-head of EMEA HR and International HR Executive for Tech, Ops, ECF and HR. It also sits on the EMEA HR Management Team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to oversee EMEA HR for Technology, to lead the EMEA HR Generalist Technology team and to provide HR support to the International Head of Technology based in London

Responsibilities:

In this Senior Level position, you will:

  • Develop HR strategies that impact this large, complex business unit by partnering closely with both International and global colleagues and stakeholders within HR and the Line of Business.
  • Use your HR expertise to develop and execute tactical plans, to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Applies lenses of operational excellence, organizational health, and diversity and inclusion across all HR people processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure that programs and practices are in alignment with Enterprise culture and conduct principles, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Support your team's critical workforce activities, including but not limited to headcount reporting and analytics, financials/expenses, promotions, diversity and inclusion, performance, talent management, and key cross-HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with compensation, talent acquisition, and business partners in partnership with HR Managers to provide appropriate guidance on employee compensation, both at an individual level as well as in aggregate, while maintaining a focus on expense management
  • Leverage systems and reporting tools (i.e., Workday and Tableau) to inform effective and strategic decision making for HR Managers

  • Experience in a Senior HR role within a matrix organisation
  • Indepth knowledge of HR Strategies and Regulations.
  • A seasoned Business Partner.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and be comfortable with shifting priorities.
  • Collating and interpreting large data sets for reporting purposes, including trend analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Experienced and capable people leader
  • Intellectually curious with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Executive Presence
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
