Position Summary:
Onboarding (OB) work requires in-depth understanding of various DCRS Capabilities and Features to help create solutions to meet Line of Business requirements. With a large landscape of DCRS platforms with various Inbound, Outbound and Delivery channels and its complexity with Legacy and Target state processes, needs understanding capabilities and be able to build design for various integrations and setup.
Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
- Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality
- Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
- Guides the team on work breakdown and execution
- Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria
- Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team
- Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as developer in J2EE technologies and framework like Spring, JDBC, JMS, SOAP/REST API, etc. for integration
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in building and deploying Spring Boot micro services in OpenShift Container
- Recent experience in Content Management products like FileNet P8, Documentum.
- Solid experience in Logging, Caching, Transaction Management, Multi-Threading/Concurrency, Performance Tuning, and Monitoring aspects of the applications.
- Solid design documentation skills using UML and integration using J2EE technologies. Understanding and usage of DevOps processes for the build and deployment.
- Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills

- Client-facing work experience a plus
- Past experience in working with Agile tracking toolset a plus (i.e. JIRA) - responsible for tracking, reporting and maintaining every aspect of any assigned stories in JIRA, including story point re-assessment and hours estimated vs hours completed
