Job Description:
This job is responsible for the management of executive protection programs within a specific geographic region. Key responsibilities include management of transportation activity and preventative security initiatives. Job expectations include close protection duties related to bank-hosted and external events where senior leaders are present.
Conducts the Executive Protection venue security advance activities, domestically and internationally, for the CEO and his senior management team, related to personal and physical security measures. Implements the security protocols and plans for the health and safety of senior management and clients. Coordinates the security overlay with other business partners to effectively plan and execute CEO & Senior Leadership team protection and travel. Establishes and maintains relationships within Local, State, and Federal Government entities to leverage and coordinate security protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts venue security advance and establishes/implements security protocols to ensure the security and safety for the CEO and Management Team Members attending the venue
- Manages threat assessments, regional risk concerns, and threat response management in close collaboration with internal teams and line of business partners
- Coordinates with event planners, throughout the event life-cycle to ensure appropriate event security support and staffing, and serve as the primary point of contact for events
- Participates in investigations and provides timely documentation related to physical security and other incidents as directed
- Manages logistics and travel arrangements for executive protection staff
- Manages expenses related to event security costs in line with objectives and budget
- Communicates event security information effectively and securely to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Personal Protection Experience 3-5 years (Law Enforcement/Executive Protection)
- Experience in creating, coordinating and implementing security protocols for physical structures and physical personal protection

Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Secret Service, State Department or related government agencies
Minimum Education Requirement:

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$94,500.00 - $123,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
