Job Description:

Bank of America is looking for a Director for the Americas Par Loans Sales force who will report into the Head of US Credit Sales. This candidate requires deep client relationships in the par loans market, have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with new clients and have a strong understanding of the par loans product and credit overall. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environments and demands a forward thinking individual with a vision to grow the business. This candidate must possess outstanding organizational skills with ability to multi-task and have the ability to connect with a diverse range of people and collaborate with peers and senior leaders in our trading, capital markets, research, banking, technology, compliance and operations groups to help grow our client franchise and achieve our firm goals. This role also requires the candidate to have a proven track record in contributing to our firm's enterprise building efforts and have had success in their contributions to our firms goal of responsible growth.

Qualifications

• Maintains market leading client relationships with top clients in the Par Loans market with a proven history of relationship building.

• Deep understanding of the Par Loans market and possesses comprehensive credit skills across all credit products.

• Candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset where they are able to embrace technology to drive new ways of executing business, engaging clients and staying ahead of evolving market structures.

• Proven ability to work with peers and senior leaders across the credit businesses to develop and executes strategies for increased account connectivity and grow market share.

• Proven track record in contributing to our firms enterprise building initiative and goal of responsible growth.

• Ability to lead others in the development of account relationships while providing support, development, and direction to the loans sales team.

• Develops new business relationships with a broad range of clients.

• Develops new approaches to meet clients' needs and market dynamics.

• Must be proactive and demonstrate ownership of tasks and take initiative.

• Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess a strong work ethic which embraces attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team environment while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• 8+ years of Fixed Income sales experiences with a focus on credit products

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$225,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
