Job Description:
The Global Sustainable Finance Group ("GSFG") works extensively across the eight lines of business at Bank of America, to deliver financing solutions for energy transition, core infrastructure and digital infrastructure.
The team is seeking to hire a Director or Managing Director who will be in charge of origination and structuring for the Digital Infrastructure business for the Sustainable Finance business in North America.
The team is expected to lead lending and assist with advisory mandates:
Role:
- Lead origination, structuring and execution of debt financing transactions for digital infrastructure assets and associated power related projects where applicable.
- Drive the execution of transactions with minimal oversight
- Key skills include: attention to detail, ability to effectively communicate with external clients and internal partners, and ability to articulate independent risk views
- Provide fair and transparent feedback to junior team members while holding them accountable for their deliverables
- Lead the development of key materials for senior management discussions
- Represent BofA at external alliance/partnerships/industry events

What we are looking for:
- In-depth experience in originating and structuring solutions for digital infrastructure and power infrastructure
- Excellent credit analysis and assessment capabilities
- Knowledge of corporate finance, tax, accounting and regulatory rules
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Financial Forecasting and Modelling

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$250,000.00 - $500,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
