Role Description:

Due to an increase in our programme portfolio, we are looking for a Delivery Lead to bolster our Global SWIFT Payments technology team. We are a diverse team made up of members from many different geographical areas, each bringing a diverse skillset. The team is responsible for delivering technology changes in the Global Payments space driven by both business expansion and external mandates. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead that is eager to learn about new technologies and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Key stakeholders to gather business/technology requirements
  • Work with technology teams to plan, coordinate, and drive the delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program
  • Manage financials and resource planning for a larger program
  • Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program
  • Coordinate and facilitate program routines (kick-offs, stakeholder updates, change controls, planned tollgates)

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years experience in project/portfolio delivery in Technology or financial technology industry
  • Bachelors degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business, or finance
  • Industry certifications in project management or agile methodologies
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience managing program or portfolio financials
  • Good leadership skills and decision making abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Business Products & Strategy - Basic awareness of products, services, business flows and strategy.
  • Financials & Resource Management - Basic understanding of financial data and the impact that their role has within a team.
  • Planning, Execution & Process - Facilitates team planning ceremonies against backlog/prioritized work. Manages risk/dependencies/impediments for one team. Ability to answer teams Agile/waterfall framework questions.
  • Promotes Collaboration - Collaborates with own team and across teams. Asks questions to obtain views from others.
  • Influence Decisions - Presents their own point of view with a clear rationale, facts and figures. Clearly displays how their proposed solution or course of action is superior to other options by using facts/evidence to support it.
  • Achieves Sustainable Results - Tracks the effectiveness of solutions through KPI's. Incorporates technical and financial factors when comparing different approaches to solutions.
