Exercise planners are key components in the organization's strategy to improve cyber preparedness and reduce risk. Cyber Exercise Planners contribute to the training and coordination between various cyber security organizations and the bank's lines of business. The planner will design, execute, and facilitate cyber-focused exercises to identify opportunities for improvement to the bank's strategic framework. They will work with key partners to design threat scenarios, identify participants, and execute the exercise against the planned scenarios.

Planners will be expected to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to design multiple exercises based on a rolling 12-month forecast. Planners will receive broad exposure across multiple organizational units and levels of leadership. Applicants should have a proven track record of being able to navigate successfully across organizational lines.

Required Skills
• Problem Solving: The ability to draw upon past knowledge and experiences to find a solution and define a path of action
• Cybersecurity proficiency: Basic knowledge of cyber security threats, issues, and security controls
• Facilitation: Experience managing a large virtual audience and guide a planned exercise to accomplish established goals and objectives
• Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills in both group and individual settings
• People skills: Demonstrated proficiency collaborating with various levels of management to effective plan an exercise
• Data Capture & Analysis: Ability to quickly assimilate complex discussions to identify and capture risk
• Risk Management: Understanding of risk management concepts

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$95,000.00 - $143,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
