Job Description:
The Corporate Security Military Development Program is a two year rotational program. The program is designed to give our veteran leaders the opportunity to successfully leverage military experience and skills in our corporate environment. The program is designed to give associates the necessary tools to further manage their professional development, realize their future potential, and maximize their contributions to Bank of America. The program focuses on Corporate Security line of business functions within Bank of America and provides associates with the opportunity to experience two different assignments in two different groups. Participants will be involved in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Bank of America's vision and culture.

Participants are given the opportunity to attend program events and will be encouraged to further develop leadership skills by leading initiatives, teams, and strategy. We hire an elite group of associates who demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, empowered environment. Ideal candidates will have the demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities, learn new tools/applications quickly, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Professional/academic experience will include strong technical and management expertise including, but not limited to management of teams, statistical analysis, volume forecasting, change management, project management, and data management.
Rotation One: SOACC Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering the security intelligence/analysis program for a large geographical region.
- Must be able to review and analyze information from a variety of sources and contacts and have general knowledge of the source systems to gather information.
- Works to formulate habitual and proactive reporting, briefings, and assessments for management and/or internal customers, maintaining the focus of products on the realized or potential impact to BAC Associates, facilities, or operations.
- Responsible for performing more complex analysis and identifying and briefing emerging threats and trends in the analyst's area of responsibility.
- Skilled in performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another varying in nature depending on workload.
- Function as crisis reporter and/or team lead during security-related incidents and when designated on-call analyst.
- May participate in, or lead, intelligence/analysis related projects that are highly visible and impact many associates.
- May provide consultation and guidance to line and senior management, as well as other key stakeholders and internal customers on security-related issues.
- Develops and maintains effective, active working relationships with primary clients, strategic business partners, team members and external contacts that are relevant to the analyst's specific area of responsibility and actively fosters an environment of teamwork.
- Provides leadership, directly or through influence, to meet all objectives of the corporate security program and to address unplanned events.
- Able to work independently and may manage one level of analysts, entry level professionals, or interns.
Rotation Two: Security Preparedness
Responsibilities:
- Reviews observations to identify trends in physical security best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Research physical security threats to Bank of America owned and leased facilities to facilitate realistic and relevant exercises.
- Collaborates with other lines-of-business to capture the full spectrum of possible threats and vulnerabilities to physical security at Bank of America.
- Documents and delivers reports on operational findings, detailing concise and comprehensive vulnerabilities in physical security measures in a manner that improves prevention, detection, mitigation, and response capabilities.
- Research target facilities prior to operations to gather information, identify Possible vulnerabilities and finalize objectives for Red Team members.
- Communicates physical threats and vulnerabilities with Global Corporate Security's senior leadership to implement physical security recommendations.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree (required) with outstanding academic qualifications.
- Candidates must have served honorably in the U.S. Military within the past 5 years and/or currently serving in the Reserves or National Guard.
- NCO or Junior Military Officer
- Background in Military Intelligence / Physical Security
- Experience leading exercises (tabletops, drills, workshops)
- Experience conducting physical security red team assessments.
- Experience conducting threat and vulnerability assessments.
- Experience as an investigator
- Data analysis and reporting experience
