Role Description
You will be responsible for analysing both industry risk and individual company credit risk across the capital structure (including corporate hybrids) and maturity curve in your defined coverage sectors. You should be comfortable modelling companies' financial statements. You are expected to make differentiated relative value recommendations on your broad coverage universe, in written reports which will be published and sent to our global client base. You will present your viewpoints to our internal and external clients. You will be a part of our highly ranked Credit Research team which has an excellent reputation and track record with our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will leverage insights gathered from your research to provide recommendations on the purchase, sale, or holding of securities to institutional clients
- Collecting information related to the prices, sales, government programs, and market trends and develops sales strategies accordingly
- You will analyse the organization's capital structure and prepare reports and presentations for institutional clients and industry groups to communicate future performance of the company's securities or capital markets
- Collaborating with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research team to analyse implications of ESG attributes in investment processes
- You will develop and maintain databases and indicators for critical research products, while producing collaborative reports with analysis findings
- You will work closely with our internal partners in Sales and Trading to optimise our service to our investing client base.

- Proven ability to produce written research that meets the firm's standards for the basis of recommendations and risk management.
- Previous experience covering corporate credit or corporates, regardless of asset class is highly preferred.
