Location: Dublin

Role Description:

This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include administration of firm owned accounts held at Bank of America as well as at third party agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers banking services through firm owned accounts to lines of business to support their functional activities
  • Prepare new account documentation to support requirements of internal and external banks
  • Work with internal and external Bank Partners, Legal, Tax, Network Management etc.
  • Ensures accounts are established in adherence to industry and enterprise-wide standards
  • Supports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
  • Implements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance practices to support business continuity efforts
  • Executes initiatives by identifying areas of potential automation, procedural updates, thematic trends to enhance processes
  • Supports the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and evaluates data and information relevant to metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reporting

  • Excellent Client focus skills - ability to build relations with internal and external clients to provide top tier client service
  • Prioritize and work to deadlines and ensure queries resolved in a timely manner
