Job Description:
Assisting with Product Risk Management governance, high risk client oversight, policy and standard management and cryptocurrency policy administration as required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with other team members to prepare for risk governance forums, including outreach to stakeholders to consult on and prepare required materials
  • Assist with Quality Assurance reviews of Product Risk and Global Payments Policy Standard assessments
  • Compile and deliver Product Risk Scorecards
  • Assist as necessary with audit and exam management responses to inquiries related to team responsibilities
  • Contribute to meeting planning, logistics and communication including tracking of deliverable status, detailed meeting notes and recaps, archiving governance and exam/audit evidence, etc.
  • Support development of procedures, notices, training materials, and communications for areas of responsibility
  • Escalate risks timely and appropriately. Develop solutions and deliver mitigating actions in support of risk reduction efforts

Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting large scale projects
  • Strong project management skills; attention to detail; ability to drive projects to conclusion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once, prioritize workflow and deliver results under pressure and time constraints
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc requests
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, calmly within tight deadlines and escalate appropriately.
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Self-starter, motivated and reliable; ability to work well and seamlessly within a team without a continuous high level of guidance
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and WebEx

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in control function roles, operations or services preferred
  • Adapts to a dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
  • Able to partner effectively within the team across the organization to deliver needed results

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$69,000.00 - $103,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
