Job Description:

Single Stock Solutions: Equity derivatives sales and structuring team providing Hedging and Monetization and Capital Markets solutions to strategic public company shareholders. Clients include Family Offices, UHNW investors, Financial Sponsors, Pensions, RIAs, and other shareholders with concentrated stock positions sourced directly or in partnership with Wealth Management, Investment Banking and/or Global Markets coverage teams.

Target hire: Associate/Vice President with 2-6 years' experience in equity derivatives for sales and structuring role. Candidates should be self-starters with strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal), quantitative and problem-solving capability, and a finance/markets background. Candidates must demonstrate expertise with OTC derivatives and capital markets solutions and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate, price, and execute equity derivative transactions focused on hedging and monetization of concentrated stock positions.
  • Create marketing materials for educating internal partners as well as for use in client meetings.
  • Monitor and manage existing equity derivatives positions.
  • Leverage quantitative skills to identify prospects, source introductions and develop coverage strategy.
  • Support broader team with transaction approvals, lifecycle management and internal reporting.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$130,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
