The Team:

You will be joining the Germany Corporate Banking Team based in Frankfurt which is covering corporate clients headquartered in Germany focusing on both publicly listed and private large cap and large mid cap companies. We are looking to grow our team in Frankfurt.

Role Description:

  • To provide support on transactions across the Bank's products. Such support may include maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence, managing working group lists and timetables.
  • Take ownership of client meeting and project analyses by guiding and supervising analysts, which will lead you to develop expertise in the financial and analytical practices
  • Structure, prepare and deliver client presentations
  • Actively participate in executing transactions and work to expand your level of client interaction and responsibilities on transactions
  • Manage and mentor junior professionals in the context of deal executions, marketing pitches and general career development
  • Work closely with senior clients, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks

What we are looking for:

  • Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills are required
  • Proficient level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English is essential and in German preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
  • Educated to degree level (preferably in a numerical discipline such as economics or finance)
